"What POET really needs are deals with companies that have the technical resources to develop POET in all vertical markets."

fj, very few companies have ever experienced exponential revenue growth, and returns. Without a doubt, without too many growth bottlenecks getting in the way, Poet has all of the earmarks of becoming part of that class of companies. Beg, borrow, or steal them, but Poet has got to have the top people in the industry so that misteps are minimized, or avoided completely. No one CEO has ever done it all by himself, or herself. It will be a unique synergy of the now known COO, and to-be-named CEO that will propel Poet where we envision it. I hope that PC thinks about this, and also that he makes an effort to understand, as best as he can, how Subhash thinks. Subhash should also be an active participant in the selection process. Excellent choices have been up to now, and possibly the most critical one yet, is to be made. We need the CEO to state a clear vision for Poet, which is pretty simple right now (take over the world), and the COO to execute, and keep Poet performing at peak performance. I kind of hope that these two will already know each other, but we'll just have to wait, and see. It'll all work out. Just throwing some thoughts out there for people to consider. Personally, I see exponential growth for Poet, no matter what happens. Will not be able to stop the flood of interest.
