Dead on - they want to lead and execute this UNIQUE likely ONCE IN A LIFETIME opportunity and to do something phenomenaaaaaaal! They believe in POET technology and their ability to drive its acceptance foorward relatively quickly.

In addition their initial option price is so low that 2-3 years down the road each of the senior guys will also pocket a tidy little sum from their options. What a deal eh?
