"Lazy"?? Really?? Seems the laziness is in those that won't email Chris or pick up the phone and talk to the guy. If you want to get some feedback or have a question, contact him. Chris has always been available and very amenable when I have contacted him. He may not tell you what you want to hear, or think you should hear, but he has always been willing to converse.
