Eileen it's not hard to see the forest for the trees. We all know that all you have to do step back from the trees , the further away from the trees the clearer the forest becomes as a unit. Everything POET has been doing , all the different trees all the individual branches, coming together as a complete unit.

I think if we look at this proxy circular and compare it with other years we know it's a formality, and with the information we have we could have predicted what it would be. Even the RS could have been predicted except I would have guessed it would have been left the same as it was last year 1 for 5. ...Ask yourself, why would they take that out and deny themselves that option just in case they do need it? we bitched, myself included, about this reverse split all the way back to the last AGM and it hasn't been used yet. Now they have cut it back to 1 for 3 ,a lot better and like last year will only use it if necessary.

We all need to step back and view the forest.
