I totally agree with you.

I usually do not comment on the "company is holding the price down" nonsense.

And that is exactly what it is, complete and total nonsense.

The SP is where it is because of 4 main factors :-

1.0 Most of the side line investors that can buy stock on the Venture are waiting for

confirmation of the first monetization deal (perhaps the 2 Tech. Milestones is good

enough for some investors but the majority are awaiting the first monetization deal).

2.0 Most major investment funds need PTK to be on the NASDAQ as a minimum

requirement before buying.

3.0 Most major investment funds will also want to see the first monetization deal in

addition to the NASDAQ listing before buying.

4.0 Whilst the volume remains low as we await the first monetization deal, the shorts

can easily work the SP up and down at will (although we see signs of covering).

It is as simple as that.

When we see that first deal, there will be no more SP frustrations.

Deal(s) = Nasdaq = Massive Buying
