I would think Pinetree selling shares to meet their commitments helped cap the share price as well.. Just knowing that Pinetree had to sell some shares would have kept investors from bidding up the share price and kept them in a wait and see mode.. A few months back an analyst,forgot his name, warned investors about buying PTK for that very reason.. jmho
