This is a very small team located in 3 different offices. Mostly scientists and engineers. The existing admin staff are probably overworked and overwhelmed by all the changes and the influx of 3 new senior people, and 3 new board members combined with probably negoitiating new contracts and developing new partner relationships all on a very tight timeline and budget until revenue flows. Hopefully they will be able to hire more admin to support this humongous monetization effort and to more smoothly execute.
