A little bird mentioned to me that it was the wire agency's fault.
MarketWired Canada had a corrected (non-draft) version the night before, but released the draft in error at 0830.
Part of their service fees are for copy editing and proofreading, but they're known to be much sloppier than MarketWired USA (based out of California).
