This is getting out of hand. Eileen is probably living a life outside of this board, so she's not hiding behind anyone. This whole conversation needs to end. It's bringing out the worst is too many board members. The credibility of this board is not looking good during this, one of the most important periods in POET's history.

There is nothing to be won or lost in this fight. I vote for a change of subject.
