Thanks Barney you have asked some thought provoking questions.

Until early 2014 I believed that this company was finalising it's IP to be sold at Pelligrino valuations. After that point the objective changed to monetise the IP by providing a set of tools (The box of Lego parts) and a CAD/CAM design process that enabled the IP to be implemented to the specification of IC companies in a wide range of verticles, with the Income stream flowing from one time engineering costs, licensing fees and the royalties on logo bearing devices produced in third party fabs. That is where for me this share became a legacy stock, to quote Eileen.

This required partnerships with a third party Fab and a CADCAM company. BAE and Synopsis were signed up, a POET RF device was produced validating the IP, the funding situation stabilised, TDK documentation launched for the design elements and manufacturing processes. Most importantly since July 14 we have watched the assembly of a world class team AM new CEO and COO who have the expertise and to experience to manage the new strategy implemented by the direction of the Special Strategic Committee in February 2014.

The missing ingredients are customers/development partners, which are undoubtedley beings sought but we only have some clues on who they might be. Blevin points to Apple, Warrior to a military cooperation with Alfalight. AM top tabling with Google execs at a Empire Club event to Google.

To me the above is real cause for optimism and confidence in POET. To answer your questions about time lines and future products would be speculative, we simply have not been told. But I sense that we are on the cusp of announcements that will propel this company on to the NASDAQ through association with a big name. I also believe that the silence is because of the great deal of work going on behind the scenes dealing with the wave of interest that this company is generating in the IC world. I also believe some of the association POET has generated go back a number of years and have reached a degree of development that will shock the markets.

As regards future markets I am tempted to say the world's our oyster, POET will facilitate hitherto unimagined products akin more to Startrek than Tommorows World, particularly in the medical diagnosis, transport, communications and wearable fields.

I like you am not interested in the daily machinations and vaguries of stochmarkets but the amazing future that is about to unfold.

My advice to all is - Stay Calm and Carry on!

Sula
