I hope everyone had a great weekend. As we wend our way to the 30th, it is interesting what chatter seems to be going on in various industries. VCSEL's being one, Photonics being another, and on from there. Our POET office group does this monitoring on the regular and occasionally comes up with pearls here or there.

This may or may not be on topic, I will leave it to you to decide. Much of what they assemble is kept in house for a variety of reasons. As Abel00 said regarding conversations at the AGM, privacy and confidentiality respect is incumbent and is inherent in face to face sessions of that kind. Much the same of what we discover is kept within to not create or exacerbate ill or bad feelings.

Warrants were added to the types of securities potentially offered under the 26 Aug shelf registration. A warrant is like an option but it is issued by the company rather than a stock exchange. “Warrants are often included in a new debt issue as a "sweetener" to entice investors.”

I think ANAD is considering a growth story based on VCSEL. To entice new investors for raising up to $50million, they have to have a good road show. They need more supporting data, than what they talked so far in the previous CC.

On August 26, 2015, the Company entered into an At-The-Market Issuance Sales Agreement with MLV & Co. LLC (“MLV”) pursuant to which MLV agreed to act as a placement agent for the Company with respect to the sale of its common stock through an “at-the-market” offering pursuant to a registration statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Form S-3, including a prospectus relating to the shares of common stock to be issued from time to time by the Company. The Company has agreed to pay a fee to MLV equal to 4% of the gross proceeds raised by the Company pursuant to this offering, subject to a floor of 1.0 cent ($0.01) per share sold. The sale of shares is subject to satisfaction of conditions precedent, including the filing of a prospectus supplement with the Securities and Exchange Commission and delivery of customary legal opinions and comfort letters, and will not occur unless and until the Company delivers a placement notice to MLV
