Would not the corporate secretary have those details? My understanding is that the corp secretary is responsible for knowing who the shareholders are and signficant changes in such. Has that changed? I understand that they wouldn't know the names of holders in street name but that shouldn't retrict them from changing the % if they are not shown to PTK as holdings by PNP
