FOLKS ST'a post was posted on October 16th.  Although I agree with ST on Management should be buying in BIG time @ these prices.  Sweat equity does not do anything to restore market confidence. Management's credibility is gone.  It has been a downward spiral since the THM in Feb 2016 management. The latest financing (Public offering) "dispruted" the perceived value of the company by $100M MC. Perceived value now matches the intrinsic value.  $ 100M CAD Market Cap flushed away for a measily $12.5 M CAD (9.26 M USD).   Criminal!!!!

IMO, the only way confidence can be restored from this death spiral is IF management demonstrates confidence in themselves by buying into the market (>100k shares each).  This is when I will take note and demonstrate my confidence in the company.  Until then, I sit with what I have.
