I would like to think that would be the case but I believe it would seem more reasonable to suggest that a qualifying move to Nasdaq will only come as a result of Industry Adoption which I equate to some sort of transaction that has enough economics to it such that the "market" can use it as a tool to provide for a reasonable valuation. Until something like that happens, the "market" just hasn't got enough information to suggest POET has a valuation sufficient to qualify for Nasdaq.

And on that note, I defer to Mack's suggestion of an announcement following the roadshows. That I believe has merit and if such an announcement has economics to it then Nasdaq should be very possible very shortly thereafter.
