POET is on the roadshow just like a rock band would tour to generates interest in their band, sales of albums for revenue and growing a new broader fan base. Could Heavyweight Institutional Investors be considered like true hard core rockers that would have heard about POET as a promising stock to invest in? The question then would be why did they not invest and most likely the answer is that POET was not on the NASDAQ. No different than your favourite band with a partial album that are not of legal drinking age to qualify to perform in a bar.
