-John L. Ocampo was CEO & Co-Founder, Qorvo bought it

...after that, he was director at RFMD then Qorvo bought it.

So it seems he has 2 paterns.. Potentialy, John Ocampo use GaAs Labs to set up sales to other companies, or likes to set up companies to be bought by M/A-Com Technology Solutions Holdings(his own)
