Thanks for that point Rainer, some of the ill found comments here neglect the historic development of the company goals. The change from selling the company, to selling the IP, to selling a product each time effectively extended the time of fullfillment of return on our investment.
Yes, the stretch is irritating if quick fulfillment is your goal, but the bounty is the increased overall return. Yet some see this as somehow being let down by management and want to nominate scapegoats.
