I have to say, that considering some of the abuse that CC was subjected to on this board, due to his willingness to post and respond to email etc. I'm really not surprised, that the new IR team, may take a more cautious approach to interacting with us. I even remember a time when people called for Chris's head after an email he sent, in response to a question, which was then posted and disseminated on here.

It looks to me as though they are not keen to write something down in an email, preferring to speak to people on the phone. To be honest, I don't think I can blame them for that. Emails have a habit of being misunderstood in many ways, particularly when they are shared on here.
