But!!! I am sure there is so much more, and within the last two decades Taylor collected a long list of problems to be solved just by this tiny but genious trick with the Ga-In-As epitaxy. While the bright heads in our management started the commercialisation, Dr. T. is filing a nice collection of basic patents in many more fields of application, like the one AoR just found - POWER SEMI!

So I am sure we will see several more surprising patents in the future! These patents are the fundament and POET will be able to build an empire on it.
