Having recently invested a not inconsiderable amount of time posting about getting real about what the TRAB means, your statement flies in the face of my argument, so forgive me if I take you up on what you mean by circumstantial.

Is it that you think a meeting of a VP of Apple responsible for procurement, Senior Management of PTI and GT the Inventor of the POET process with 30 plus patents was just a one off 'blue sky' thinking event in front of a white board?

The public announcement of the TRAB is I agree but a distant sighting of an Iceberg. What the lookout sees from the crows nest is a small misty white peak in the foggy ocean dead ahead but an experienced captain will know its real significance and what' matters to him is what's hidden beneath the surface and its potential effects on his ship.

Ignore such sightings at your peril.
