We can not look behind this fog. We do not sail in shallow waters near the safe coast, we are crossing the ocean quite directly, deep see beneth of us, snowstorms above, some ice bergs close. But for me this is OK! We are going for the blue ribbon! Hmmm. Didn't I send such a message already last year? But it takes time, as much at it needs.
It is not only about the fruit company and the TB/TRAB issue. This was just a little piece of a puzzle we could see shining through this blowing snow. By accident or to confirm us that our course is still right.
But we can be very sure that many other big players were addressed (by AM and Co.), and they would be absolutely nuts not to have a very deep look on our ship named POET.
So what will come out of all these activities?
We can - for the moment - just do our guessing and dot connecting. We can not have a 100% assurance that all this will end up in POET products, NRE, licensing payments and so on.
But the probability of a positive result of the contacts with all these big players, in all these huge vertical markets and its disruptive possibilities POET is offering - in my eyes - it very very high.
I trust our captain and its crew. The course is set, sometimes corrected, a careful passage. Ups, did I see a coastline there?
