Whatever the contract was, it still is, a takeover does not alter the terms of a contract, even if Anadigics were to cease to exist as part of the takeover, the contract would survive intact, and the buying company would take subject to its terms.

That doesn't mean that there is not some language in the contract that addresses certain rights and obligations of either or both parties in the event of a take over of Anadigics (or Poet, for that matter), and if there is, then whatever that language provides will apply, as it is part of the contract, the terms of which remain enforceable.
