We don't know how ANAD is being compensated to do the vscel work and prototype for Poet; if it is some kind of partnership, that would be an incentive to acquire ANAD at a primum. It certainly isn't for their $5 million losses every quarter. In any case Poet should expedite its choosing a permanant fab partner, as this too will take time to get to production.
