Is it coincidence that the CC is right after the expiry date of the warrants? I think it's a clever chosen date not giving the warrant holders any advantage of the CC so all shareholders are more or less being treated equal knowing the News for their shares in hand rather than having the chance either to get the warrants or not depending on the News' details which could be taken as kind of unfair. Just guessing and giving my opinion. Don't see anything wrong with the date.
