Everything is speculation. I was providing my opinion and it happens to fall in line with many others.
Saying there won't be any news is speculation as well, and they get off without any backlash.
The last CC was understood to be a basic/general one. This one is not. They will therefore have to release any news prior to the call so that they can talk freely.
