It may not matter what school they attended. If they are so credit limited that no additional funds would be allowed to them to exercise the warrants, said warrants will die on the vine unpicked. No matter how good the potential of POET is, no timeline with any certainty can be guaranteed and there in lays the issue for any credit agency and PNP. You can sell it to the powers that be, but can not ensure return on their risk in "x" timeframe. Either the price rises substantially to say 1.15 or beyond and appears stable or the creditors will just take a pass. IMHO of course. Regards. Derek.
