Well I think Poet (and the shareholders would be much better of to have PNP let the warrants expire. The company can easily (providing we have the goods) do a pp and offer more warrants at a higher price if they need the cash. We (shareholders) would be much better of not having PNP holding millions of shares at a buck selling on every little rise in sp.
If news is coming soon I don't think PNP would be able to pick millions of shares on the open market at less than a buck without driving the sp well over a buck.
However if PNP exercises the warrants before the due date ,especially in their situation, than I think they would have to have a great deal of confidence that Poet is about to do very well and very soon.
We don't have long to wait to find out those answers.
