“Our breakthrough is perfectly timed as it forms the basis of one of the major strands of activity in Cardiff University’s Institute for Compound Semiconductors and the University’s joint venture with compound semiconductor specialists IQE.”

Wow it is a small world. I met up with a friend I haven't seen for some 3 years, over the weekend. He has changed jobs and now works fo a small company called IQE. Spent hours talking to him about poet and their technology. He hadn't heard of poet, but was going to speak to his tech people (he is an accountant, with a degree in semiconductor physics from Cardiff university) and see if they had. I shall have to try and see if I can get any info about this work.
