"The last halt for this stock was when they sold some solar assets"
Not quite Quan Gork. There has been other halts since the solar sale. Of course the big one was just before that in 2011 when many here first heard about the technology as the news drew massive amounts of attention at the time. This question has come up too many times on both boards today so here is the history on halts related to news:
