Somehow I doubt it...these people are professionals...it's tantamount to misrepresentation, plus, if Infinera knew that she was still using their good name to further her career (by suggesting she was working for both companies, when not) I would think it would have negative side-effects for her.

However, according to this website, she is separate from Infinera, although not definitively.
