From my perspective, as a tech stock , why wouldnt you want to be listed on the NDX.....sure we could get there with the rs, but to drive the stock forward you would want earnings, or a succession of strong news releases....thats the tell tale......right now the venture exchange is a great place to be if you are a gold stock , other than that , forget it
