With all due respect Sula and you can be assured of this but, I believe with all my soul this all boils down to a very basic and easy word for all to understand......trust.

Someone once said *trust but verify*.

Unfortunately, we cannot verify.

We've been asked to trust with wild abandon once too many times and this is the end result.

Really it's too bad as this mgmts hasn't been here as long as we have and it is potentially a problem that needs attention.
