I agree TechGC,,, my vote is NO on increasing the number of options available to management. Quite honestly I am tired of management (more past than present) dangling the carrot in front of the donkey this long. 5 yrs is long enough. Peter Copetti is walking away with is his golden egg and, on the remote event that POET is not successful he will have walked away with a pocket full.
