Trini, although I agree with your conclusion on voting for the option increase, in fairness, many who are against the increase have specified or at least implied that if the stock were double what it is, they'd be inclined to go along. A big factor for the "no's" is exactly that - the share price sucks. There, I've kicked the horse again...
