As I said before in a previous post. We already paid the price for Denselight and BB. If there was a back room handshake on delivering those management teams cheap options, with out them contributing and earning options in the new joint company, based on performance and delivering increased share value because of their actions... I'll sell everything at a loss. Issuing BB management and Denselight management does nothing but dilute and gives 0 added value to the SP. I'm not at all adverse to giving them options if they close revenue deals or are able to raise the SP with value added measurable actions. Options should be earned as a job well done, or to lure high profile people to the team not free money, at our expense. Especially at these prices.
