I agree BlackAdder.

They will have more options available as the previous options handed out are being exercised. This would put control back in managements hands as to who they want to award or reward options too and have more available options to use as needed.

If current option holders want to show confidence in the company and that they are committed and believe in the company, and show that they are making decisions for the best interests of the company and shareholders then they should exercise any current available options to free up more for future deals and hires.

This would always leave an available pool of options and keep them focused on running a tight ship company by putting some skin in the game. Which I might add would be beneficial for tax purposes also.(If that is their concern)

I would be more comfortable if they added a cap to the amount of options issued also.
