What if management decides to start handing out all options every year to "incentivize" and grow the company. 10's of millions of shares every year, turns to 100's of millions of shares in years... Resulting in massive dilution, pressure on the SP, and complete controlling interest of the company by upper management who could accept a crap offer. It's not a sustainable model and needs to be squashed. It is completely unreasonable. You think it's over blown? Come on.
