The example laid forward for private companies eventually going public and getting a large offering, does not apply to us and finally in there example it says ;John turns around and sells all 40,000 shares for $800,000 (40,000 x the $20 per share publicly traded price), making a nice profit of $790,000. So he sells all of his shares on the market for a huge profit... Well that's just super.
