I'm not suggesting management is doing anything on purpose besides trying to monetize the Poet process into disruptive products. With that being said deals happen all the time on the venture exchange that screw the investors. When management hold millions of shares the SP doesn't have to be that much above their stike price to make millions, where the retail shareholder will make thousands due to the amount of shares owned. Companies take deals all the time to get a payout that is not worth what the company is valued at. When buying a business it is not the buyers responsibility to pay for potential upside of the business, they pay what the business is worth at time of purchase. It doesn't mean that inflated deals don't happen, they do. All I'm saying is we need to be diligent and protect our investment.
