I as well do not believe this is their intention. I really don't. I believe there goal is to build a stand alone company. A stand alone company is also more attractive to buyers as its self sufficient business that has its own infrastructure. Many factors aim towards an opportunity to buy this company for a fraction of its worth. FJ if I asked you 6 months ago if Peter would sell all his shares in the money on the open market after he resigns what would you have said? Management and workers change their direction for a company all the time. I mean good lord look at how many changes PTK has gone though in their direction and business plan since its inception. Sitting below 1$, A 5$ a share offer tomorrow this company sells. If we had a sustained SP of 3$, that 5$ offer doesn't look so hot does it. I believe management has the best intentions to maximize shareholder value as well as most other management teams do of publicly traded companies. But it doesn't always end with everyone getting rich, and more often than not it ends with management accepting high paying new roles with the buyer, and making millions exercising their options in the money and cash them in against the buyout offer. I don't see why this isn't something we can't talk about as a group, there is no ill intent in talking about these scenarios. I'm talking about everyone making money on the stock no matter where you bought at but there is the risk of PTK never achieving its true value.
