The problem is,, if management cancels the PO it will be preceived that there was no interest in the share offering,, then people start to wonder why there was no interest and the first thing people will think is,,there must be something wrong ... It is really mind boggling what managemnet were thinking of when they came up with hair brain plan of a share offering with out a price.. Hopefully the new CFO has a bit of market sense ..
