Yes they would have leverage because the financing group would not be able to cover what they sold The problem is who do you now go to for $$$ .they all work in cohoots and would thusly make things very difficult for PTK now and in the future (financings) Seen it all before CanCr one time said "you do it here or we make sure your company never trades again"after having shorted the stock from 80c to 35c selling 1.2 mil shares they did not have
