3rd who is buying this? I mean it better be someone like Warren Buffet or this makes no sense! If they issue 80 million shares that represents a giant chunk of the company! Could it be one entity wants say a 25% stake?

If Warren Buffett wanted a stake (or Bill Gates) would they waste their time trying to save a few million dollars when each is worth about $70 billion? as I said in a post a few weeks ago, do these types need us to lose for them to feel like they won?
