Turr, I hear you. While the dilution is real, I still view it simply as more people who own shares at a better price than me/us. POET now has more money. Other than that, nothing has fundamentally changed. A full explanation from POET about this financing would be nice.

New part of my message...

Once the products emerge and revenues begin and the share price moves up, I think the dilution effect will only be felt when the share price starts to max out. Hypothetically, let's say it maxes out around $10....from $0.34 to $8.50/$9.00 dilution will not be a factor. From $9.00 on it may play role.
