Last time I looked we had declarations of intent by POET and the existence of the TRAB. While especially the TRAB is more than nothing for sure, I still wouldn't call that a body of evidence.

I suggest to agree to disagree, sulasailor. Unless we'd get more proof for one side or the other, I think we won't get any further here.
