As noted before, hub leaders cannot remove messages from vice presidents and up. Regarding the post containing profanity, George of Agoracom dealt with it. Here's part of his reply:

I just edited the post to remove the offensive language. If a VP or Pres ever starts getting out of hand, the only way to handle it is reporting it to us. We designed it this way specifically to avoid any "clash of the clans" when HUB Leaders disagree and try to simply get rid of the other side as fast as possible.
