To your first point, I doubt if that PO would have taken place if Poet had not bought DenseLight in the first place, and the additional investment of capital required since then.   I attribute the collapse in the share price to the DenseLight purchase.

As to your second point about personnel and their possible replacement, (let go, cleanup), it is possible I guess, but that invokes another cloudy picture about DenseLight and the morale there.   I prefer to think these are new positions, but you could be right.
