Turr: Action Reaction make a post a little earlier here indicating to me (with what the Surresh said about the PO moving things faster) that timing and getting there first is the main reason for the PO to be done when it was done and with those unfavorable conditions . Time may mean everything before all is said and done.

I think this is a very important point that needs to be stressed. I think we underestimated the urgency to fuel POET with fresh capital in order to get things done. At least I did.

Sure, the PO was a pain in the a…fternoon, but I am more and more convinced it was unavoidable and the price we had to pay to get rid of those ugly delays. We do have to be the first to cross the finish line, don't we? Everything else would have been worse than the heavy dilution we are suffering from.
