Well no, what I'm saying is that new technology (I'm talking about something we've never seen before) usually gets wrung out by the military before consumers ever get to touch it, so if POET/ODIS is flying in space today that is part of the vetting process.
You can't get something for nothing, it all takes time, and money to develop, and the military is always at the top of the pecking order, unfortunately.
