Message: Carbon-on-Wafer for integration

Carbonics Inc. says they have managed to coat silicon wafers reliably with carbon nanotubes. In the future, this would enable to integrate RF (radio frequency) functionality with CMOS chips, according to the company. Today, these functionalities require different chips, e.g. in smartphones. Why am I posting this here? Because I'd like to remind us that the POET technology has this integrative capability already today, even if it is clearly overshadowed by the photonic integration POET Technologies is working on.
